I just got to free Azure account to learn. As beginner, I don't know where to start but saw the Virtual Machine service and thought to try out the Windows 11 Virtual Machine in Azure, but got stock trying to creating an instance. It asks me to confirm if I have an eligible Windows 10/11 license with multi-tenant hosting rights. I have previously purchased a Windows 11 license that I use on a VM locally on a laptop. Can I use that for Azure VM Windows 11?

The licensing requirements are provided at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/windows-desktop-multitenant-hosting-deployment

If the license you currently have matches the ones listed in this article, you are covered. Otherwise, you'd need to purchase one.
