Automatically approve items in a SharePoint list through a Power Automate workflow

Good afternoon.

I am trying to approve the records of a SharePoint list through a Power Automate workflow but it is not working for me.

I am using the following options:

1. When an element is created
2. Define content approval status

How could I automatically approve items in a SharePoint list through a Power Automate workflow?
