I've been informed by my IT that my device has many CVEs as below (Data generated on May 8th):

I've been asked through Microsoft Community and found out that by installing latest Cumulative Updates from Microsoft Update (2024-04), It can cover up all the CVEs. But now I need to proof if All the CVEs mentioned above are covered just by installing Latest Cumulative Updates. Can anyone shares me a link/website that could answer my question about this? I need to make sure that All CVEs above are now solved.

Your help would be appreciated.

    Hello

Microsoft’s cumulative updates are designed to address multiple vulnerabilities, including CVEs. For the April 2024 updates, here are some resources that might help:

April 9, 2024-KB5037036 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2: This update addresses several security improvements including the remote code execution vulnerability detailed in CVE-2024-21409.

April 9, 2024—KB5036892 (OS Builds 19044.4291 and 19045.4291): This update addresses security issues for your Windows operating system.

Microsoft’s April 2024 Patch Tuesday Addresses 147 CVEs: Microsoft addressed 147 CVEs in its April 2024 Patch Tuesday release.

While these updates are designed to address multiple vulnerabilities, it’s always a good idea to verify the specific CVEs you’re concerned about. You can do this by checking the detailed descriptions of the updates and cross-referencing with the specific CVEs.
