Hi guys, i got this error while creating OpenAI service. I still got 200 free credits in the account and has already applied for the Azure OpenAI

The error message suggests that you have insufficient quota to create/update/move the resource. This could be due to various reasons such as exceeding the limit of resources in your subscription or region.

Free subscription will have limited quota. Do you have any exisiting Azure OpenAI resources in your subscription?

Check if you have exceeded the limit of resources in your subscription or region. If yes, you can either delete some of the unused resources or request for an increase in the quota limit. See request increases to the default quotas and limits

You can also check the Azure OpenAI Service pricing page for the region where you are trying the deployment.

I don't have any resource in Azure OpenAI. Before i did create and successfully created. After that I deleted it and try to create again and got this error.

Hello Hung Nguyen,

Based on the information provided, please click on "Manage deleted resource" at the top of your screenshot to fully purge the old resources. Then, attempt to create the Azure OpenAI resource again.
