Azure Communication Service SMS are not delivering

Question

When I use SMS sent from Try SMS., I get "SMS accepted successfully" but no SMS delivered since yesterday and in logs ACSSMSIncomingOperations says no records found and metrics have 28 requests. Insights have says "This query could not run because some parameters are not set. Please set: Number type, Geo, Phone number"

• Customer is unable to receive the sms using azure communication service.
