with the free version I cannot see my assets on Gen 2 datalake

Hi, I have just logged on to the purview portal (new version), I can see my Gen2 storage accounts and containers, but unable to see any further levels of detail, like folders and files. I have access to these from Azure Storage Explorer. Currently on the default free version, nont upgraded to Enterprise. What am I missing ?

    Yes, this is an excepted bheaviour with Purview free version. This can only be enabled with an enterprise version of Microsoft Purview****. Extending live view also deepens the level of information available.

    Some Azure resources are available to be seen in live view in the Microsoft Purview Data Catalog. Live view means that users with data access permissions can find these resources and their data assets in the Microsoft Purview Data Catalog without set-up or scanning. These resources and their metadata are immediately available when you access the free or enterprise versions of Microsoft Purview, so you can start your governance journey quickly.

    With free version of Microsoft Purview: Resources in live view in the Microsoft Purview Data Catalog automatically have this metadata available:

    You can expand discoverability of these resources to users that don't have permissions already by enabling live view for all users. This can only be enabled with an enterprise version of Microsoft Purview****. Extending live view also deepens the level of information available.
