Autosave with office 2019 is not working with one drive.

Hello 

Please i need your help on this issue. 

We have a user who has office professional 2019 installed on her computer.

She is using the desktop version of office professional 2019 but whenever she wants to save to OneDrive autosave is not working.

  Please any idea Ling Zhou_MSFT

    Hi,

    Did the use enable the Autosave option in Office?

    Did this problem appear in all files in OneDrive?

    I suggest you go to File- Options- Save- confirm if these options are checked and set:

    User's image
