No SharePoint Results on a Specific PC

Hi,

One of my colleagues already had this issue months ago, while it disappeared all of a suudne after a few days. But now she has it again.

On her PC, no matter which user is logged on, in none of 3 browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) any SharePoint search results are displayed. and it is not related to any SharePoint settings, because any other user, including her on a different PC does get expected results, though.

But this time the issues persists since over a week, while last time it disappeared over a weekend. First we thought it might be related to some health incident re. SPO, but now, after more then a week?

She even gets the preview, at least parts of it:

Buth then, after choosing somthing, just an empty page is shown:

Has anyone ever experienced something similar?

    Sorry for the inconvenience experience.

    It is an active issue in the service health: Users' SharePoint Online content search results may be missing or may disappear when pages load.

    Product engineers will fix this problem as soon as possible.

    You could check the active issue repair process and give feedback through Microsoft 365 admin center -> Health -> Service health.

    Well, thanks for pointing me to that, but this does not exactely describe our issue. because it says "Any content added or modified after February 5, 2024, isn't impacted. Source content isn't impacted by this incident." - as for our issue, we do always get NONE results, no matter what created when.

    It's not a matter of incompelte index, it's a matter of no content at all, on a specific PC only.
